JBA Boys Volunteer Again

On Wednesday, May 18, 2017, the JBA Boys (Junior Boys Activities) volunteered at Welsh Mountain Home to help spread mulch around the property to beautify the home and enjoy fellowship on a nice warm evening. By volunteering, these seven young men and three leaders, organized by Steve Horst helped Welsh Mountain Home save hundreds of dollars by volunteering. The JBA Boys are from Bowmansville Mennonite Church and these young men (sometimes as many as 15-20) come together from Bowmansville, Red Run, and Gehman churches to support the community by volunteering. The JBA Boys did a fantastic job mulching the grounds last evening. The staff and residents of WMH appreciate their fine service to the community! If your church or organization wants to volunteer at Welsh Mountain Home please contact the home and ask to speak to Melody Jacobs at 717-355-9522 x102.

Sincerely,
